You can report problems with an order through the Dropbear Drop contact page or by emailing us at customersupport@dropbeardrip.com
- Be sure to include a thorough description of the issue. Include:
- Order number
- Contact details
- What was included in your order
- What the problem with the order is
- If a defective product, ensure that you include evidence (i.e., photos)
- Any other relevant information
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to customersupport@dropbeardrip.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
The arrival time of your order will depend upon where it is shipped from. Some of our blank products are sourced and printed overseas (outside Australia). Therefore they may take up to 35 days to arrive to you.
We will send your items by postage AFTER the 1-6 business days in printing and handling delay. Therefore if you choose and pay for express post you will still end up getting your item before a customer that has just chosen regular post. If you reside in Australia or New Zealand, your postage will arrive by Australia Post.
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, and so it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
